Upgrading MiLife to 1.2?

1. Download MiLife.
2. Double-click to mount the MiLife disk image.
3. Drag the new MiLife application to your Applications folder (or wherever your old version of MiLife is).
4. When the Finder asks if you would like to replace the older file, click 'Yes'.

All done! Updating MiLife will not affect your diaries or your settings.
